Did a rear skid plate for tire, dynatrac diff cover, bikini top and welding my bottle opener on in a few....
Last time out coming off a rock pile I put a rut in my tire (bottom/sidewall) on back so made a skid to protect it from violation....:faint:

Just did 1/4" plates and boxxed in with a skid plate on rear track bar ....so now it can land on rocks etc and support the jeep with no damage.
Did the rear artec truss and working on winch fair lead plate custom for the front end...I'll link off this eventually when I stretch...
Be doing the front truss hopefully this week if not begining of next.

Made my fair lead mount today contours to the lead and gusseted for any pull.

Made a hi lift mount set it low so weight is down and it swivels with the drop down tire stinger...

Well had a busy day......
Did the sliders 3/16 hot rolled plate bent to contour the body, nut serts then connected it to the rear panel. Used 1.75 Dom tube and a gusset in the center...all welded and painted.
Relocated the evap canister, made a extended hitch adapter for the rack to clear the tire, mounted the ridgid lights up front and made my rear bolt on plate then did my cab antenna :rock:

Got some trail time finally...shook out the jeep and found a couple areas that need to be addressed with the flex...my shock up front is still hitting at droop even with it being moved outward an inch. My rear locker lost power and I know where, it was a issue to begin with so it was expected.......
Worked flawless off to run motino to john bull then Holcomb to dishpan on Saturday...be a long day with many many nasty extra credit lines...
Almost flipped it on its back Saturday...lol was fun and a rush.

Went and cycled it to check lines and clearance, will go a bit further but daughter got scared so we stopped...wheels were more than firmly planted still no rocking so a little more tweaking and it'll be set till stretch and ori shocks.
The back still has a fair bit more to go as well as the front shocks weren't maxxed yet.

Finished mounting the power tank today and locked the spare up.
Got my gear put in chubby as well...

OK been asked spec list and what's been done in a nutshell....
07 jk sport
Swapped d44 Rubicon axles in with lockers and gears, cut off all mounts on axles and welded synergy brackets on all heavy duty. Raised the shock mounts 1.4" in rear built a HD skid for them as well as welded track bar mounts front and rear. Did rear upper control arm mounts HD and moved front lower shock mounts out 1" and up 1.5" maybe a smidge more as well as rotated the mount side ways right to left versus front to back.
Did synergy ball joints, sleeves, c-gussets up front with HD control arm mounts. Made custom bump cans on axles for bottom out. Front has RCV axles and rear has ten factory chromoly .
Synergy 4" progressive springs, fox reservoir shocks, making arms right now and getting ready to stretch rear 8" and front 2" for a 10" total making a 106" wheel base.
Race line monster bead locks 17/9 with bfg 37" km2
Chopped front frame 3" and did poison spyder bfh bumper
Chopped rear frame 7" flipped cross member recessed hitch built bumper off this as a unit then rear stinger tire carrier.
3/16 plate with 1.75 dom tubes for laying into canyon walls with it wraaping under body to protect from landing on rocks as well.
Custom rear panels flush mount with led lights front hid conversion
There's ALOT more stuff modified I've done but this is the basics.

|Westbrook||Not sure how much you've been out and about with it but do you find the drop down rear stinger/tire carrier makes it a pain to access the tailgate and things in the rear of the Jeep?|
