V8 swap?

Im thinking of doing a 350 engine swap in a 89, or a 95 yj wrangler. Just want some thoughts and imput. How hard of a swap is it? Whats a good addapter kit to get? I know novak has the motor mounts, and everything else to go with it. Was wondering how the "trans-dapt" kits are? Are they any good? Which makes the swap easier? Also what for clutches are people using when they do this swap? Thanks...
