Sounds like a ground issue. I did a little DIY mod a few weeks ago on the lighting system to create a solid state circuit under both the low & hi conditions (no more PWM for system expansion) & one of my ideas was using the common ground (center black wire) with a harness extension for my tie in. Same issue but no hi on the side I tied into. I THINK what was happening was that I was grounding through the low circuit & the hi just never saw power. I ended up relocating the grounds to separate locations & it fixed the problem.
If you have any wiring from the HID still in place, remove it & see if you still have the issue.
Another check, pull the passenger harness & check to see if you have voltage on the low circuit. If you have voltage, there is a ground issue somewhere. If no voltage, check your fuses.

HELP headlight malfunction HID
Soviet went to install my hId conversion kit today , and once I put it all together I tested it and only one light would work on hi beams. After hours of messing with the lights I finally just put the stock bulbs back in , now my left headlight works on both low and high beam, and the right only work on hi beam. Please help me out anyone.
