Reznor I agree with 2" spacers. Not too sure how it looks the rear is level though, when it doesn't appear to have any spacers at all. (And I highly doubt different springs were put on)

Hard to tell with that picture too.

My understanding is that bottom of plastic fender to hub is 19" in front and 20" in rear stock.

X2 either 2" or 2.5" spacers. I'm guessing 2". Stock springs and shocks.

JeepMyth One suggestion is that theres a lot of options and you don't have to go top top of the line, but a lift isn't one of those things you wanna skimp on so shop around and see what works best for you! suspension lift for sure for a 4 inch. 4 inches is a perfect height in my opinion

Bangert Ok I'm gonna get my jeep buddy to look at it and maybe dad and I will be able to tackle throwing a lift on. Any suggestions on brand? I would like to go to at least 4 inches.

JeepMyth Well depending on what type of lift kit you've got on there right now and what kind of lift kit you're gonna buy to put on there, yes or no. You can normally add a body lift to a suspension lift but most would advise against it for serious wheelers. Your best best is to just post some better pictures and give more information then we can help you out so more.

Bangert So if I go to a shop, and get a 4 inch lift they will pull the old one off? Sorry for seeming so ignorant, I'm just a dumb 17 year old with more money then brains...

jeepwayoflife Yeah looks like a sagging 3" or 2" spacer lift. It will be easy to tell with pics of the springs.
