jmcc75 The only V10 I'd consider would be the VW TDI 5.0l out of a tourag

0II1II0 That sounds pretty cool for mud bogging. Would the issue be that a transmission doesn't exist to convert the HP to low end torque?

PHILDABEAST I remember seeing one in a yj many years ago. They had stretched the cowl area to accommodate it.

wolfsbone01 I seem to remember years ago back in the 90's that someone took a viper v10 and placed in a TJ or a YJ and set it up primarily for mud bogging. I just remember it being pretty fast and screaming like hell.

V-10 in a Wrangler?

So, I got my Motortrend for this month and it detailed the new 2013 Viper. It's really one bad a$$ beast!

2013 SRT Viper First Look - Motor Trend

It got me thinking. Would it be possible to put that engine in a Wrangler? Would you ever want to do it? I don't want to run an 11.4 quarter in a Wrangler but 640hp sounds pretty nice!
