Leaky Steering box or shaft?

Today I randomly noticed what appears to be a leaky steering shaft or box. It appears like its leaking from the shaft and the fluid is running down all over the box.

Weird thing is... I checked that power steering fluid and its defiantly not low. What do you all think the problem is. Should i let it slide for now and just keep an eye on the fluid level? It looks bad in the pictures....but its not bad enough to where its dripping on the driveway......yet at least haha.
