Rock Kicker
The C.o.J.O-or Community of Jeep Owners

I may be new to the forum, but just wanted to share with others that are new to the Jeep Community. I've owned Wranglers off and on since 1997 (90YJ/97TJ). Military moves forced me to sell my Jeep twice...anyways...

Don't be afraid to roll up on a customized wrangler owner in a parking lot to ask questions. I do all the time. I'm just outgoing like that. In the last few weeks, since I decided to finally start customizing my Rubicon and XJ, I met a guy, pipefitter by profession, and he makes all his trail racks and front and rear bumpers. They look like the smittybuilt XRC's. Another guy made Metalcloak type front fenders, and another makes his own body armor (very professional grade). Every time I approach one, they either offer assistance, guidance, etc. They have no problems hopping out and giving me a "peak up her skirt" to see what she's hiding. Never had a bad run in. Networking is a good thing for camaraderie and making friends to meet up with for a ride.

It seems as though the community of Jeep owners (I like to say CoJo) has not only gotten massively bigger, but more inviting as well. I'd like to thank all the experienced guys on here for the help I've received already, and for the help I'm sure I'll get in the future.

We all know at some point we'll be puckered up, fingers crossed, either watching the rock about to shear some metal, or staring at the cash register or online cart as part/accessory costs start getting, good luck to you all and happy trails...
