So, i checked the blower switch with my power meter, and it turns out only one connection held continuity(Still though, no switch settings worked at all). So i bought and installed a replacement, and now only my highest setting works. Still have very little idea on what to go on. Perhaps i should check out my resistor?
Absolutely no leads on the power outlet problems. I've done very little fiddling with it.

2000 JT: Power outlets & blowers not working
The cigarette lighter outlets and AC/heat fans in my jeep aren't working. My power outlets don't power my phone charger(Works just fine in my 94 Nissan). And my fans don't work on any setting
I've checked the fuses and they check out A-OK. I did a little reading up and apparently the dial to control speeds can be prone to melting. I'm assuming this is what happened with me, and i'll rip out my panel soon to check. If this is the case, i'm reading that it can be fixed by adding relays to the wiring. Would i need one for each speed setting? As i believe that could get pricey quick at 5 - 10 bucks a pop for relays. Better than melting another switch though.
