|I H8RDS||Cool Rob..glad you can make it out to somewhere!|
|Today 01:55 AM|
|RadarRob2012||So Terri and I took a leisurely drive through Johnson Valley today. Didn't hit any trails since we were alone, but drove Camp Rock Rd. from the 247 all the way to the 40 in Daggett. Just a Gorgeous day in the desert. We needed to get away for a little bit.|

|YjKalamity||Definitely. If I have extras along it will probably just be one other Jeep. The others still have to fix all of their stuff from TDS.|

|YjKalamity||So my rear locker grenaded on me. Not sure from what, I had pulled the cover to change the fluid and there were chunks everywhere. I've got a spare carrier I can use so I'm just gonna throw in a mini spool to get me by for a while.|

I am hoping that within the next couple weeks it will be ready to wheel the way we do. Got my front bumper in and tires (not on yet), my rear bumper should come in this week. I'm waiting to have them all powder coated along with the fenders and rock sliders together.
For now I am living vicariously off of YouTube--not as much fun.

The one that Savvy sells is heat treated chromemolly steel and is supposed to seriously resist bending
Ultimate 4340 heat treated 1.25" solid round bar Tie-Rod for the Currie Steering without Tie-Rod Ends
This tie-rod brings a whole new level of performance and strength to the front of your Jeep. This tie-rod comes with new tie-rod ends and is a complete replacement to your existing Currie CE-9701 Steering. You keep you existing Currie tie-rod as a spare. Though you'll be hard press to use the old one ever again! These are so strong care must be taken not to destroy other suspension components
These are 4340 heat treated 1.25" solid round bar that is drilled and tapped for the ends. They are heated treated to allow the rod to bend and spring back. The ultimate tie-rod!
This one would be the only one you could call an upgrade
Utlimate 4340 Heat Treated Tie-Rod for the Currie Steering
