|tw_jeep||I miss Don Dawson where I bought my jeep - got absorbed by Hill-Kelly. Milton Jeep does support the local Jeep clubs so that's a favorable point. No experience service-wise though.|

Yea my experiences with Hill Kelly have been unimpressive the latest tire crap from them did it for me. I wouldnt let them wash my tires...

As far as Jeep dealers go, don't waste your time with Hill Kelly. They took 5 tries at fixing a brake pulsation on one of my previous Jeeps before the 12/12 warranty ran out on brakes. Once it hit 12,000 miles, they blew me out of the water. The fact that it had been a documented ongoing problem since about 2,500 miles seemed to be irrelevant to the service manager. When I fixed it myself, I found they had so severely over-tightened the lugs it took more than 250 ft/lbs to break them loose. (250 being the max that my torque wrench would read)
On the other hand, I have nothing but good things to say about Chris Myers in Daphne. While fixing the brakes on the above mentioned Jeep, I found the left hub bearing was slinging grease. I called them about getting the bearing replaced under warranty and they went out of their way to get it handled, overnighting the part in from Atlanta and installing it while I waited.
Lastly, while I've yet to do business with the Milton dealer, I've never heard anything negative about them.

Pensacola, Mobile Service / dealers?
As I await delivery of my 10A, I am having trouble finding a good service shop. I would like to know if any of you gulf coast Alabama - Florida folks have had success at any of the dealers for service. I took my new Jeep Grand Cherokee in for 15k service. I asked for a tire rotation. When I was handed my keys I asked about the rotation. They said "tires look good" and they didn't do a rotation. Then the kid tried to tell me tires look good so no need to rotate ...??!? I am done with these guys. I took it down to the Vannoys and got the rotation.
If they miss something so obvious, how they hell that can be expected to show integrity and pull a filter or actually do warranty work?!!!
Pissed off in Pensacola.
