OverkillYJ Remove your linkage from the TC and tap the shifter on the case itself into low. Make sure it clicks in all the way. If it stays in gear mess with your linkage more until you get it right since that would have to be the problem. If it doesn't stay in gear you got bigger problems. Either way don't forget to update!

4 low kicks to neutral

My 4 hi works fantastic, however I keep getting kicked out of 4 low. I messed around trying to adjust the linkage and I got it to stay in 4 low in my driveway and road. As soon as I hit a trail last weekend and put it in 4 low it kicked into neutral after about 10 seconds. Do you think I just need to continue working my linkage adjustments? What's the best way to adjust? I loosened the bolt had a friend pull it into 4 low then I tightened the bolt. Anything I'm missing? FYI, first jeep.
