Mechanical/Labor Assistance in Denver

Currently getting back in to the build phase on my 99 jeep TJ. It has just 50k miles on it but has been sitting in the garage for the last 5 years. I need to find someone to hire who can complete/assist with the labor needed to ensure it is ok to be started back up (drain gas/replace fuel filter & plugs/drain radiator/etc. Im more than willing to work/assist with the tasks as I loved learning/working on my jeep but dont exactly have the tools or knowledge to be 100% competent in the needed repairs.

If anyone can point me in the direction of an experienced hobbyist or even non commercialized shop that wont rape me on an hourly wage for these needed repairs... I would be greatly appreciative
