All of the Synergy coils are progressive rate. I have the 3" coils for a 2 door and love em.

kjeeper10 4 door or 2 door ? The 4 door, Snergy goes down to a 1"

Honestly 2" or lower is "safe" and shouldn't have any effect on geometry/steering.

RubyJeep Eibach from Quadratec has a slight lift (less than 2 inches) and is progressive. Have not pulled the trigger myself so I cannot vouch for them.

X2

Really like the reviews for the AEV 2.5" lift. Maybe they'll sometime come out with a stock progressive rate spring.
