Bogey5 Oro Valley, have a 89 Wrangler, bought for the kid for high school. Now it is mine and is used for hunting and drive to work. Has 175000 miles and needs work, lots of work. Any ideas who to take it to in the Tucson area. Really like it but not sure if it is worth putting a lot of money into.

Don't know a lot of people that own 4x4 vehicles and actually want to use them for what they are great for. So I end up wheeling alone and don't go into "difficult" trails alone. If anyone is interested in hitting some trails, hit me up.

RHuckster Me & the wife are taking our 1st offroad trip Friday I hope if the weather is ok. Its an easy dirt road I hear from Tortilla flats to Theodore Roosevelt Lake. The rest is paved, we went to Tortilla flats a couple weeks ago just to get the feel of our new Willys Wheeler.

I moved in January of 2013 from Charleston, SC to Prescott, AZ, and switching license/plates were no problem. The license was $25 and the plates were around $260 for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport 2 door. The price of license plates also goes down every year that you own the vehicle. As far as I know, no vehicle inspection is needed unless you live in the Phoenix or Tucson areas. Hope this helps.

drdfblackm Hi Guys and Gals.

I am up in Flagstaff, I have been building friends JKs for the past couple of years and I have had my own 2013 JKU Sahara that I still have mostly stock. Hoping to start the build soon.

Just saying Hi.

When we moved to Florence from KY in 2008, my KY car/motorcycle license was transferred with no issue. No test was required.

I cannot recall if our car and truck were inspected (I think not), but my 2000 FXST did require inspection. A very simple inspection IIRC, basically working lights and horn.

Some areas of Pinal county (where I live) are exempt from emissions testing. Doubt my bike would have passed.

Chunkeydunkin I reside in the Glendale area, picked myself up my first Jeep 2011 JK Sport. At this point the only mod I have installed is my shorty antenna... Just received my Teraflex 2.5" lift, upgraded Teraflex HD front adjustable track bar and quick disconnect kit to be installed within the next couple of weeks. Front bumper has just been ordered and I also have my wench awaiting its install as well. Oh SO much more on the way! J.E.E.P.... Just Empty Every Pocket LOL!
