kfdjason7620 Can you drill it out bigger and use a bigger bolt and weld a new bigger nut on the back of the old one?

Cutting a frame nut off?????

I recently took my stock front bumper off so I oils repainted it and 3 out of 6 bolts snapped off in the nut that is welded to the inside of the tube frame, I can see the nuts as clear as day but can't see the backside of it. Does anyone knowing the weld runs all the way around the nut it just on the front that I can see?? I want to cut the nut off and have my buddy rebels new ones in its place. Thanks.
