I got the oil done with a 10w30 Mobil1. Have yet to get everything else done, just need to budget it in the finances. We are looking at NGK spark plugs.

I run what I stock on my shelves. For plugs I prefer NGK. But Autolites are fine. Lot's of folks don't like Autolites, but I have no idea why. I sell tons of them with no issues at all.
For cap, rotor and wires, I run Standard Ignition.
Oil filter, Wix. Oil, Castrol GTX 10/30.

Here is what I use
Plugs: Champion or Autolite (I have had the best results with standard copper plugs)
Wires: Autolite Professional
Cap & rotor: BWD (lifetime warranties on both)
Filter: Purolator PureOne (orange box is bad imo)
Transmission: (manual) Redline MT-90
Transfercase: Good quality ATF+4
Diffs: Good quality synthetic oil with friction modifier in rear(usually Royal Purple or Mobil1)
I also use only the highest quality unicorn tears for my blinker fliud.

For my vehicles, for inspection or work I just don't want to do, I use Kroft's Auto Service on 616 between New Salem and Seven Valleys. An honest and fair repair shop.

Three good plugs for any 2.5L and '99 and older 4.0L engines include the 100k mile platinum Autolite AP985 or Champion 3034 plugs. Or the 200k mile iridium tipped Autolite XP985.
When replacing your distributor cap & rotor, try to find with brass contacts. Cheaper caps & rotors have aluminum contacts which don't last as long.
For ignition wiring, too many aftermarket wiring sets are shoddily made/fall apart when replacing plugs. Also, many cause lots of spark/ignition noise (static). This is one of those parts I only recommend the factory replacement for. Especially avoid those so-called "low resistance" wiring sets. While 'low resistance' sounds good, that is a misleading term that doesn't work the way it sounds like it would. Resistance is actually added at extra cost to ignition wiring to eliminate static & interference to the engine computer. Due to how electricity flows (Ohm's Law & all that), the added resistance does not really reduce the spark voltage in a significant manner.
Finally, your engine doesn't require anything special on oil...just regular oil & filter changes will keep it happy & healthy. 5W-30 or 10W-30 is all you need. While I prefer synthetic lubes in my transmission, power steering, & transfer case, I run/prefer conventional lubes in my engine & axles.

What ever wires the parts store has that is higher quality
Same with cap and rotor
Mobil 5000 oil 5w 30
Purolator oil filter
You might want to look into changing the trans, transfer case and diffs fluidis also...

|TheDefiled||Plugs I think I bought champion--NGK IS the other popular brand, wires I cannot remember for the life if me, oil any brand name, lastly I use Fram for the oil filter.|

Spark plugs, wiring and oil
Wanting to replace the spark plugs, wiring, oil and fliter in my 2.5L just not sure on what to get. Any recommendations? I bought it used so I do not know what condition everything is in, want to do it so I know what is in my vehicle. There is just under 150K miles on the Jeep.
