roberthleeii some of the people I see driving JKs surprise me. The people I see driving YJs and TJs don't if you know what I mean...

a.sherry18 Im in upstate New York and have a JK. I wave at every jeep. I get waves back probably 50% of the time. I will admit that if I dont...its usually from a JK or JKU....

By the way....That's funny! Unless my headlights have clouded my judgement!

Beer Belly Today...7/24/14...Not making this up! Driving with the top & doors off, and passed 1 YJ, 4 TJ's & 1 JK & 1 JKU...Guess which 2 never waved? Go ahead...guess! And, 3 of the other 5 waved at me first.

Oh well, I think I'll go and give my "ugly, awful,no self respecting Jeep would EVER wear 'em" rectangular headlights & my horribly rough-riding leaf springs a smooch goodnight tonight! I am starting to like this Junker.

I guess when it comes to waving, JK stands for "Just Kan't"!

Ooooops...I just gave away the answer!

Nativeindian_15 Before I got my Jeep when I drove I would wave at practically anybody if there was only one car and no one ever wave back. After I started driving my Jeep I noticed everyone I saw driving a modded jeep was waving before I would even notice they were there... Down in Alabama it's definitely a Jeep thing.

Usually the only reason I don't wave is because I am busy either picking up something that has, or holding on to something that is about to fall off!

As far as headlight shape...I am just happy they work. Cant see the shape from the drivers seat (not that it matters!)

And the dash...wait until yours doesn't work (and it WILL stop working...it is a Jeep). Then we'll see who has the better shape!

Besides....I am only a very few $K into mine not many, many, many of them!

Have fun & wave!

glxpassat I waved to a jeep owner the other day, and my son was sitting with me. He asked "why are you waving to some random Jeep person." I mentioned it's the ethical thing to do when you come upon other Jeep owners.

Since then, almost no one waves, and he's quick to respond that I am a freak for doing so! LOL

If I don't wave to you it's because I'm too busy being a real jeeper.

Hey... I actually love the YJs. They are my favorite wranglers, as long as they were not hard tops.
