jagerhelix Look up Diamox. It's helps prevent AMS (acute mountain sickness). I've worked with plenty of people that hit AMS pretty quickly, as in under 10K, and once on Diamox they were able to perform at 13k+ plus no problem. It's safe, and it down right works.

jagerhelix Kingston peak its pretty close and a badass scenic trail, but pretty high elevation so not sure when it'll be clear.

eboven When are you going to be out there? I live right down the road from most of those trails and would potentially be down for a quick run if anything is melted out enough. Yankee Hill is a pretty popular one out there, but there are a lot of others too.

Im going there with my parents who are visiting from ny. i was thinking of taking my dad up a mild trail there. i forget what the name of the trails are.....anyone? anyone wanna join?
