Start checking your engine oil and do it frequently !! 07 and 08 models as well as other 3.8L models use oil, some use lots of it....( not saying ALL do, just some...Mostly with Mexican engines..)
So before ya dump a bunch of money in it, do a oil consumption check and keep your eye on the dip stick...
Good luck ! "BH"

Beastmaster Not suprising, since the Jeep is so customizeable but there are lots of good threads on the forum you may want to check out. Some on the members have really gotten creative.

That all depends on what your trying to accomplish with your rig.

Are you offloading?

Dailey driver?

Lots of variables here that people could recommend different things.

overblown This question is asked at least once a week lol so just do some searches on here and you'll be good. Start in the JK Jeep section though, not here in the general section.

Just got my first WRANGLER and need some help!

So as the title states, I just got my first Wrangler. Ive had a Cherokee before but this is much better. Its a 2007 used with 40k. Everything is stock, but I just bought some toyo all terrain tires and "fuel" 17" wheels.
That's my brief overview.
So, what are some good things to get besides the wheels and tires? Right now I am only looking for inexpensive things as I am a college student even though I am working still. I was thinking maybe like a winch or something like that. Any ideas?
