|Jeep Dad||Zach- I am only able to move them in a twisting fashion. When I grab the lower one on the driver side I can "twist" it about 1/8" either way. The jeep is a 2002 Wrangler X 4x4 with a 4.0 and manual trans.|

|UnlimitedLJ04||if you don't need adjustable control arms to correct axle position, caster or pinion angle with a lift, then stick with buying new stock arms. they are cheap enough that messing with replacing the bushings is a waste of time. RockAuto has good prices on them.|

|Ironman4||Mine does that too. Do you know how many you need for each it's my front lower control arm?|

How much play is there in them? Sometimes you can grease them and that will eliminate the play if it's just minimal. Judging by the fact that you posted a thread it's porbably pretty bad though. Meaning you'll need to replace them.
Shoot me a PM with the type of C/A's you have and I can get you some bushings for them.

tight, no wiggles = good.
loose, lots of wiggles = bad.

I pushed send a little to quick-
Anyway, should I be able to move my control arms or are they supposed to be tight and not able to wiggle them?
