Abattoir Had a gorgeous day here in Minneapolis so I finally decided to take the doors and top off. Felt so damn good to be free again after such a long, harsh winter.

Next time I post in this thread, I'll be sporting 35's, a 2.5' lift, and a re-gear. Just another month to go. Can't wait!

I like that a lot. Where did you get those inserts?

itssbs Serious brake pedal rattling. Dealer said was normal when compared to other JK's on the lot. Every pothole and bump caused rattling. Many members have complained abut this.

Diezel27 Took the top off for the first time. We went to church, brunch and my wife's aunts house with the top off. The kids loved it.

After reading reviews of hanging doors on the ceiling or walls, I have read that it will warp the rubber molding on the doors. With this cart I can wheel it around and all the pressure is on the hinges.

Dusthol I finally had a day to myself. Soo I washed the jeep. Then decided to remove the hardtop and install my off road heros soft top. Pain in the butt in 20 mph winds. But I like it.

Due to limited access and space, I decided to add the .450" washer on the Right side of the shaft assembly. Lastly, installed the one C clip to keep the shaft in place. Very tight work area! Worth the effort!!! You can reach from the Drivers knee bolster panel..

No more rattles over bumps or washboard dirt roads!!!!!!!!

See photos.

Can you take a picture from further back so we can see the whole Jeep? I think I may like these.

2013 JKR- Brake pedal rattle - Solved!

That didn't work with my iPhone, but works perfect with the new Nokia. It will also ask if I want to have my texts read and I can speak and respond all through voice.

Keep in mind though that this has nothing to do with UConnect or the phone hardware. It's all controlled by the phone software.

This isn't unique to Jeep. I've never been able to get that functionality from my 2012 Durango either. This is all due to the way Apple allows Bluetooth connectivity and is not related to the Uconnect system itself.

JK_Jeff A little off roading. Hopefully going to lift it soon.

Geo Toad Installed the Mopar hood lock this morning. It took about 10 minutes to install with the included rivets. Thankfully the Jeep hasn't been broken into, but I should have bought a hood lock when I purchased the Jeep last Fall.

Oh and when I try to connect my phone or iPod, the controls won't go to the head unit directly, only the phone through Bluetooth.... Is this normal?
