Installing A/C on a Wrangler

Folks,

Can anyone tell me about installing air conditioning on a 1998 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4.0L that does not have it factory installed? What is the approx. cost? Will the aftermarket install be different than what it would have been if it were built with A/C originally?
Thanks in advance for some advice. I am looking for a Wrangler for my Daughter but it must have A/C. I found a nice Jeep for a great price, but it has no A/C. If I can get it for a few dollars less, then I have some money to spend on possibly getting A/C installed.
