Neil F. All anyone can say is shop around on the web taking into account shippind and call around to local places. I have bought tires and wheels from seperate places and had them mounted and balanced elsewhere based on cost. There are lots of sources for tires and rims on the web. (Google is your friend)

I don't know what sizes you are looking at but be aware that places like Sears, Sams and others are starting policies that they will not mount (on the vehicle) tires other than the factory sizes.

nicodemus There is a quadratec vendor section with a guy you can pm. They might work with you on shipping.

As for the tires and rims I don't have either so I can't vouch for the quality but I did just order a set of pro comp wheels so I will find out shortly.

tire quadtapacs?

Has anyone ordered the ProComp Quadrapac? Seems like an alright deal. Mounted and balanced tires with pro comp wheels. Could do without the $80 overwieght charge and the $70 shipping.

I'd have to get my tires and wheels from separate vendors which isn't optimal, but would do it of I don't have any other options. We don't have a discoumt tire here in Rapid City, SD and sears is too expensive. Sams club so far offers the cheapest tires (bfg a/t) bit don't have wheels.
