Rubicon1968 Ya it is front and rear photos 3456 thanks-- I wonder if someone makes a weld on bracket?

Thanks

I might just have the Jonny joints welded on and cut the Rough country arms (like unlimited recommended) this is becoming more trouble than I have time for

Thanks for all your help

Nice catch...duh From pics I have seen, I THINK the frame side, lower control arm is removed.

Cons_Table Assuming you can weld, you could probably knock it out easily in a weekend. If you cant, itll set you back a little time.

Rubicon1968 I like the several hundred better than the $1200 its the down time that will kill me..

cut the end off and weld on a new JJ barrel. Currie also sells weld together kits.

all that added up, Currie JJ's on all ends, will cost several hundred bucks.

Cons_Table Do you have the long arm kit or the short arm kit?
05-16-2013 12:56 PM
Jaxon1023 How long have you had the rc lift? Do you do a lot of wheeling? Just wondering why you've had to rebuild them so much.
05-16-2013 12:49 PM
Rubicon1968 Oh the shock are awesome compared to 2.2 RC
05-16-2013 12:48 PM
Rubicon1968 4wd place is telling me there will be different mounting points so if I scrap the entire Rc kit except the springs (just spents $400 on Bilstein shocks for 5.5-6" lift) I should be able to do it. Now I need a price..???..

Can I put the Currie control arms on my 6" rc lift??

I have had it with rebuilding this X-flex RC control arm and just want to be done with it and do a Jonny-joint set up with Currie. I read a lot on this forum and they seem to be on the top of the list with the least amount of problems.

So can I just buy the control arms and bolt them in where my current Rough country control arms are currently bolted. I want to do the install myself and not pay a forture to have them put on. Thanks

I'm a little concerned about the front housing area again 6" RC lift.. Thanks

Any part numbers or a site vendor for help would be even better..
