Give people an incentive to show up to meeting and have meetings at least monthly. Get the group together at off road parks and such. Host an event if possible. And collect dues if you want to cover the cost of things such as a hosted event, entry fees, shirts, and jeep decals. Don't just let anyone join tho because its hard to keep a club close if they don't get along with everyone. Make applications an make sure the members like them before they are let in.
I don't run a club, I was just in a different club before I was into jeeps.

jdubya5867 Don't have any pointers, but if you put onee together we'd like to join as well. We live in the Joplin area. There are a lot of Jeeps in this area.
