Remove the vent to the right of the power window module first. It makes removing the module easier. The trick to removing the vent is explained in this video:

Doctorsti I figured it out. I had to remove the right center vent using the screw driver stuck in the hole trick and could then reach the plug release.

I followed all directions but when trying to pull the window control box out to take the plug off the back it literally won't pull more then 1 - 1.5 inches out of the opening so I can't even get near the red clip or the harness plug to unplug it. Now this also stops me from pulling the dash panel off as I can't get to that last 7mm screw.....
