|DJL2||It's a good price if you're happy with it. Depending on the dealer and the market, some folks will dazzle you with stories of how they beat that price - but, ultimately, if it's a good deal for you that's what matters.|

My 2013 Sahara JK was $34,255 MSRP...i paid $31,500 befoe tax and blah, blah, blah..
That was almost 2% below invoice...
I was good with that...
Without knowing all the exact details I'd say your Invoice price is about $32,300
2% off that puts you at $31,650 + tax = $32,603 + tags /reg / blah, blah, blah
I think you are in the right neighborhood
you're gonna get guys telling you they got 5% off invoice or $8,000 off MSRP or whatever....
there are always stories like this... i say if you're below invoice, more then 1% (anyone can get that with Tread Lightly) and MOST IMPORTANTLY it's the Jeep you WANT...go get it
A 2% off invoice discount difference is about $600 or about $11 / month...don't get caught up in the numbers game.... again just make sure its what you WANT.... if its not order what you do want...I ordered mine and got essentially the same deal you're getting.

Is this a good price?
Here's what I'm looking at:
2013 Sahara, 6MT
Sticker - $34,820
Options - Auto air temp, black hard top, connectivity, side air bags, 3.73, anti-spin rear
Out the door price - $33K (includes 3% tax and tags in my state)
