Just an update if anyone is interested. Pulled off the skid plate last night and the trans mount had been torn completely in two. Replaced it and the O2 sensor that I've been putting off. Now, the mysterious vibration is completely gone. On another positive note, I reset my PCM (or ECU or whatever you wanna call the computer) and had to drive about 100 miles this morning and the check engine light has not come back on, so the new sensor might have done the trick.
As always, thanks for y'alls help.

|jfallon83||I've got to change the o2 sensor that behind the skid plate anyways, so I'll probably try and replace both of those at once later this week. Thanks for the feedback. I'll let y'all know how it goes.|

|JimsJeep||Trans mount is a good place to start. Being it is probably original it may have exceeded the safety stop, tearing or deforming it.|

So I have a 1997 Wrangler Sport with a 4.0 and 5 speed that is basically stock. In a recent fender bender, the Jeep was pushed partially over a concrete wall and ended up with the bulk of the Jeep's weight resting on the oil pan.
Her is a link to my thread about the accident if you want more info:
Anyways, I replaced the oil pan and oil pump. The bellhousing was only slightly scuffed up, so I didn't think anything of it.
I'm now trying to get this Jeep back on the road and when I shift and go to take my foot off the clutch pedal, I get a slight vibration or shimmy. I only get it when I'm cycling the clutch pedal. When the pedal is completely depressed, there is no vibration and when I have completely released the pedal, there is no vibration. It also seems to be more prominent in the lower gears.
The minor vibration is nothing substantial and would not keep me from driving the Jeep, but if someone had some experience with this and it was relevantly easy fix, I would be interested in putting in the time to make it right.
Right now, my hypothesis is that it might be the trans mount or that possibly clutch/pressure plate got slightly out of alignment. Let me know your opinions and thanks for the help.
