Clear Coat Removal Questions?
OK, I'm going to respray my new to me front fenders and also my OEM hood. The hood looks like the moon due to the clear coat peeling and discoloring.
Is there a way to remove the clear coat without getting into the base coat?
Do I have to sand all the way down to metal?
I hate paint prep
