thgr8alex I just used a plastic paint i got at lowes. The key is getting plastic paint so its flexible. A really popular one is krylon fusion plastic paint (got it at walmart). The key is prep work. Sanding and really cleaning it off will make most paints stick better and longer. Just be sure to get a plastic paint

I made mine different though and kept the stock turn signals because i didnt want to have to relocate those. But its a great, cheap mod that looks awesome and like you said, saves 500 bucks. And if you break them on trails, its much cheaper to replace them. All you gotta do is find a cheap set on craigslist and cut em up haha. Let me know if youve got any questions about it!

That does make sense.... seems pretty easy too! Saving the $500 bucks sounds really good too, and like you said cheaper to replace too What did you end up painting them with?

Very nice.... I appreciate that! Looks really good. Is that your blinker I see mounted under your front flare? I like the way that looks, I'd be happy with that and saving that money for other things for the Jeep lol Did you have a template... or how hard was it to cut them? Dremel?

Requesting pics.... can anyone help me out?

I'm trying to decide what to do here. I'm selling my fender flares (bushwacker pocket flares) and going to something else. I have a guy wanting to buy them and give me his stock flares. I want to go with the new flat fenders, but don't want to drop the whole $450 on em at once. Since I'll have his stock ones.... would it look ok for temporary purposes to run stock on the back, (maybe cut) and the new flat ones on the front? If anyone has pics of both.... cut stock all the way around, or the combo I would appreciate it!
