Spring suddenly sags

I have a 2010 jku sport that I bought in January. I have since put the Teraflex leveling kit on and have looked at the jeep many many times over the last two or three months since doing this. Yesterday I noticed that the front drivers side was sagging down and after some measuring I have found it nearly two inches short. I can not find any reason for this, like springs coming loose and moving or shocks stuck. Anyone have a clue what could cause this so suddenly? Luckily another member offered me springs for the cost of shipping. But I'm still scratching my head.
