Correct, each wire would be 55w/12v = 4.58 A
So a 5A fuse to each light?

|jkjeeper06||I'm not sure of the amp capacity of each wire(normally I just look it up) but provided you have 4 outputs out of the relay, your wires will carry 4-5.5 amps each depending on battery voltage(14-10v respectively). If you put another inline fuse on each, you could guarantee too much doesn't go thru the wiring|

4 x 55W bulbs for rock lights - Wiring questing
I have 2 sets of wally world platinum burners (55W per bulb) and was going to connect them to a single relay and single switch
55W x 4/12V = 18.3A
Therefore, I am using a 12G with a 30A fuse 6 inches from the battery
This connects to a relay (Relay clip 30)
Questions : can the rest of the wires be all 16G?
From the relay clip 87, 1 set of 16G wires comes out, then the other set of 16G will be spliced into this?
Not quite sure, I did something similar 10 years ago with some neon lights and my toyota and my wires fried, thank goodness for the fuse
