Tahoe It been a bit since my YJ (sold in 2002) but if the belt rail they used is screwed in along the top edge, that should be able to be removed and that leaves a little lip (?) If so maybe the snaps could be installed there.

SOmeone chime in as I am trying to remember how the rail is. On my '02 TJ it was part of the tub and not removeable.

Soft Top question

I just picked up a used Whitco Soft top for my CJ-7. The tub of my CJ is from a YJ and doesn't have the snaps all around it to hook the top into. I was wondering if I could use industrial velcro to keep it down. Any opinions on that? I think it will be strong enough but I would love input. Also if I put the snaps in do they go where the hard top would sit or below that?

Thanks again guys!
