1.79%, PenFed. My friend just refinanced his car through them. I didn't know this (as I was planning on using them when I get my JKU), but you have to keep a minimum of $500 in a savings/checking account or they charge a $10/mo. fee.

1.99% Financing on new Jeeps?
I saw a thread on this forum where there was a credit union (I think) offering 1.99% on new Jeeps but can't seem to find it. Can someone give me a link? Many thanks.
