RC 4" lift. 35" tires. Shackles are about 1/2" taller than stock.
No sway bars or track bars.
The winch has worked fine so far. Can't complain about it at all. I bought the 2 year replacement plan for it just in case.
The rear fenders are 3" Smittybilt tube flares.
I will be going with a custom 3" flare for the front eventually.

I took the pads off of the family roll bar. Put on some 32" bfgs which completely changed the look and stance of the jeep. I also re-painted the inside tub, steering column and the doors and door panels. Filled the holes with plugs I found at the junk yard. Found a set of four floor mats for 14 bucks and seat covers for 5.50 each. Makes the jeep much cleaner looking. Since the weather was nice I also took the side steps off and used the chrome bolts to fill the holes.

Took the dor windows off and rolled up the rear window, then my son and I took it for drive in the country. Lots of hills and curvy roads. It was still a little chilly, but we had a blast. My son gets his temps in a couple months and can't wait to drive the old girl. Rides so much better w/o the track bars. Going to pull the sway bar out when it really warms up. The bushings are shot, so I'll drive it without for a bit and if it feels dicey, I'll just put it back on with new bushings. I'll have to see how my son drives, I may put it back on regardless!
I also put my zombie hunting permit on the windshield. My son insisted!
