I'd defiantly like to join that. Headed to hatteras and ocracoke then end of the month. The ferry I took to Portsmouth last time only took 2-4 vehicles per time. Not sure how many really run back and forth. I think it was $75 round trip just for the ferry at that time.

95 bucks per night but you get bathroom with shower, kitchen but no fridge and electricity via generator. Some cabins have AC. We will be going back. Want get some jeeps together and trek to the old village. 17 miles and a water crossing.

They just had something on the news about how salaried workers end up giving the company about 4-5 hours a week above the 40 their salary agreement calls for. Screw that. That would be about $165 a week in OT for me.

Just got back from Portsmouth Island. Took a few hours to remove sand, salt and dog hair from jeep. Not sure what's up for this week... After today.
