I know where Krams and Baker is, I went to grade school in Manayunk. I live up the hill near Roxborough High School. Be sure to wave if you see a gray JK Unlimited with Hellas on the windshield!

Im on the corner of Kramms and Baker. Right to the left of Green Lane.
Are you from Manayunk?

Where in Manayunk are you?
Pyro, let me know the next time you go down to the airport.

|Sb5551||Now, that I am living in Philadelphia . Your gonna have to call me pyro.|

|pyro||Its legal, and thats what its there for. Not the dumping its usually used for. the only times the cops bother anyone back there is when theres the occasional stickup under 95, or when the dick heads burn stolen cars and boats down there. I go down 3-5 times a month sometimes more and never had a problem.|

ok, that's cool. i just wanted to make sure that the spot was ok for wheeling. places to go are becoming fewer and farther between. i'm sure you know what i'm saying.

From what Ive heard and asked it is not illegal. It is the same princable as Wind Gap, PA. Where it is known that the land will not be used for anything, and no ones minds. I have seen many vehicles trying to clean out that area because it has become a dumping ground for stolen vehicles and anything that one can think of. The airport has bought the land so that no one trys to build a building in front of there runway.

|jgano23||i'm not trying to be a spoil sport, but if it's not legal then you shouldn't be there. illegal and irresponsible wheeling is what gets our "sport" so much trouble.|

|jgano23||is it legal?|
|05-28-2009 04:28 PM|
|pyro||Its not ideal, but i have been there alot and its not that bad. Just watch out for the boats that are sunk in some of the puddles. anytime u wanna go down there let me know I'll take the ride.|

Been a while since I was there so I can't say what the conditions are now. Wasn't too bad when I went.
Ask in the PA-Wheeling link in my sig, some guys live near there and may still go down to test out their latest mods.

philly airport / Hog island rd.
Has anyone tried the trails near the airport mentioned in another thread. What are the conditions. I was checking it out on google earth and it looks like a bunch of stuff dumped there. Is it loaded with broken glass?
