joeg679 Now that I'm looking online, I think I may just get the poison spyder setup. I am also thinking about putting the amber rigids in the factory number with the spyder mounting kit. If I do that, will they plug right into the factory plugs and work off the factory switch?

PieFace Poison spyder makes excellent mounts for the windshield. I'd check them out. wont break the bank and the quality is top notch.

Rodsfootball you have the right idea - yes a clear coat over the top will make it look almost identical to your billet color. I recommend before you paint them, put them on and look at them - you may like the black, and if you don't. It is nice to try putting them on once without them being painted - makes less of a chance you scratch them when installing them the second time.

Windshield lights bracket question

I'm thinking about getting a set of lights to mount to the windshield, but I want the mounts to be painted the same color as my Billet Silver Jeep. I haven't seen any that come painted, so do you think they will look good if I just buy the mopar spray can paint and paint them? Do I need to put a gloss coat over them as well?
