Wiring an amp incorporating a sound bar

So here is my problem. I have a sound bar installed. When I open the doors I get a hissing/cracking sound (possibly a ground issue, I don't know). When I turn on the interior lights I get more sound from the sound bar (weird). Now j want to add an amp and subwoofer but not sure if I should plug the sound bar into the amp. Please help I am unsure what to do.
