|Oz82||Stony was VERY nice. Spent 7 1/2 hours there and didn't scratch the surface. It would treat your daily driver nicely. Mine's bone stock and I only got stuck once (and I was 90% sure I was going to stick but had to try it anyway).|

Don't go off of my word only; I've only heard about it. I haven't seen it for myself.
It might be more of a drive than you want, but I'm planning to go try Stony Lonesome just south of Cullman tomorrow. 1400 acres and plenty of noob trails.

|Skylord||I was looking hard a grey rock. If it wasn't my daily driver, I wouldn't mind beating it up more, but if I wheel on Sunday, it's still gotta get me to work Monday morning. Sad to hear it might be too hardcore for me. I do love a good power line trail though.|

|Oz82||Also, since you're like me and don't look to do extreme stuff, watch out for recommendations for Grey Rock. It's terrain is not friendly to noobs from what I hear.|

|Oz82||There's some power line trails off Derby Parkway just below Trussville.|

Wheeling near Birmingham AL
I live just south of B'ham, and, not being a local, I need some places to go get a little dirty. My rig is also my daily driver, so I try and avoid the really harsh stuff. If you know of any good spots, and maybe would even like to meet up, send me a message.
