LarkinT There's a little place right on base to DIY. Across from the BX. Or you can go out the front gate take a right before the light and a left on Texas ave, there's a little place on the right. If those don't work out for you let me know. I live in Hampton hills right off base, you can stop by any time. Just send me a message.

DIY Car Wash near Abilene?

Just PCS'd to Dyess AFB here in Abilene and I'm trying to find a place to wash the Jeep without loading her up with swirl marks, which means I don't really trust anyone else washing it. I have all the stuff with me to wash/wax it, the only thing I need is a hose with a water connection. So far there's been no luck finding a car wash place that would lend me a hose and let me do it myself.

Anybody around the area know of a place?
I don't mind driving a bit to get to it, as I won't be moving into my place until the 31st.

If anybody lives in Abilene I'd trade you a 12 pack for a rental of your hose/driveway
