Those look awesome. I was going back and forth trying to decide between trail grapplers or Duratracs. I think I just made up my mind!!

to the OP-
stay away from 18" wheels (I have them, love them, but gotverdumt are decent 18" tires hard to find; and even more expensive.) Go w/16-17". Many, many companies (Ultra comes to mind) make badass looking and fairly economical flat black wheels.
Regarding tires; you cannot go wrong with GY Duratracs. BFG AT/KOs would be a great and economical choice for what you say you are looking for. The Dunlop Fierce are also a decent choice; Grabbers, Falken, Mastercraft, and Cooper all make aggressive looking and good performing ATs.
For your needs, shop around (Disco Tires is usually the best) and get the best deal you can. Don't waste money on KM2s, Swampers, MTZs, and the like. They are great products, but based on your post they are way overkill for what you need.
Whoops! Only read the thread title.

handcm Stock tires but 18x9 ultra motorsports phantom wheels. Aggressive backspace makes tires stick out how I wanted.

I like the wheels and tires. What size are they, and how much lift do you have on the jeep?

jcanup I have 17" Alloy Ion 171s wrapped in 315/70R17 Duratracs. They are great on the highway, extremely aggresive for an AT, and lightweight. The tires do run a little small-35s are much closer to 34s and the 33s measure much closer to 32s. You won't be disappointed w/ the look and feel of these on the road.
Other wheels w/ similiar look include the Pro Comp 7069s, Pacer LT, Crager Soft 8s, and Level 8 Trackers. Best of luck w/ your decision.

smontesi81 The Wrangler Duratracs are an all terrain tire which are great for everyday driving and they have a very aggressive look.

Pics aren't the greatest and don't do justice but I have the 33x12.5x15 Duratracs on MB TKO wheels. Discounttire.com has great deals!

MisterC New to the boards. I just purchased this last weekend and the wheels came on it. 17x8.5" Fuel Hostage wheels with 255/75-17 Wrangler SR-A's. I'll be upgrading to some larger, beefier tires soon.

13jwrangler I went with the stock Rubicon tire/wheel combo for my setup. They are 255/75R17. Tires are Goodyear Wrangler MT's w/ Kevlar and the rims are 17x8 Rockstar XD's.
