Hokieneer I think it depends if you can adjust your rear axle a little further back did your lift have suspension arms? probably just have to mount them up and see

Hokieneer I would probably look at gusseting you c's its cheap insurance as that is likely the first thing to start bending, sleeving/trussing is also not a bad idea as your front 44 has the same axel tubes as the 30. Trails in WV and PA can be a little more intense than most would expect and can do damage very quickly if your axel isn't properly reinforced.

outback As long as you don't do any rock crawling or hard wheeling, you don't need to change anything else. The Dana 44 will handle 35s with no problem.

hbgirl The only thing I had done that you don't have listed above was to have c-gussets welded on for reinforcement.

What do i still need to do to get rolling on some 35s

I really want to step my ride up to some 35" tires. My 13" rubi is pretty much stock at this point with a 2" BDS lift. I know that i need to get a new rear bumper and tire carrier to fit the spare and probably need to get flat fenders as well. I already have the airdam off to fit my bumper so that shouldn't rub. I know there are some things i'm missing before i can confidently roll with this setup. Its my DD with moderate off-road use a couple of times a month. I have the 4.10 gears so probably don't need a re-gear but what all would you recommend i do before getting the new wheels and tires.
