CRAGAR soft 8 help

Hey guys I have a 2004 LJ with 2.5 inch lift running 33x12.5 15 on CRAGAR soft 8. Tires and rims I stole off my lifted Cherokee for a test fit. Well I put 33x12.5 on my stock wrangler tires and they are rubbing I don't wanna use spacers and my Cherokee tires that are running the soft 8 are perfect 0 spacers needed I just don't know the Width of the rim. My Cherokee came with these rims so no idea what it is and I tired to measure them and yea wasn't as easy as I thought. What size rim you think I need to run these tires. 15x8 or 15x10?

Here are pictures of my wrangler running the CRAGAR soft 8s and fine and here is a pictures of my Cherokee running my stock rims. Stock rims with new tires rub in the back with both wrangler and Cherokee.
