Damen94 Sorry. It's a 5spd 4.0 and it does it when I'm driving down the road only. Not when stopped

homebrwd Automatic or manual? When in gear? When clutch is engaged? Need more information. Sounds like the standard TJ throwout bearing noise though.

Metal spinning noise after reinstalling the transmission

After removing my transmission and transfer case to replace the transfer case i hear a metallic rotating noise coming from under the shifter. I dont know if it is coming from the transfer case or the transmission. It isnt a grinding noise.
Any help would be appreciated
