Most every jk will lean a bit (1/4") to the passenger side after a coil suspension lift. I'm wondering if the factory coils are slightly different to compensate for this. If you look, you will see that the engine, transmission, transfer case are all off center to the passenger side by at least two inches. Now add the fuel tank, skid and fuel and your adding x number of pounds, not a huge item but your 30+\- pound battery is also on that side. I weigh right at 200, so I used 200 pounds of weights and put some in the drivers seat and floor area, this changed it 1/8" so it still had 1/8" lean to the passenger side. So as the fuel goes down that side would raise although very minimal.
I'm sure different coil lifts from different manufactures will drive slightly different, and the shocks you choose will make a difference also. I am one, that does believe AEV when they say their coils and shocks are tuned to work as a pair. And that the testing they do, do to get it right is greater than others.
As far as your axle being off center and tires sticking out, they should be perfectly the same. I'm surprised at the amount of difference your seeing/saw. Use a straight object (4' level would be best), make sure all tires are aired to the same pressure, with the straight edge resting on the ground/floor, place the straight edge against the center of the tire/wheel and measure from a spot on the frame or coil bucket to the edge of the straight edge. Make sure your taking your measurement from the same spot on each side. I would do this front and rear, do it a couple of times to make sure where your measuring from, and to make sure what the measurement is. Anything less then 1/8" I would accept, anything more and I'd figure out why and have corrected.
Also, if you haven't, put it on an alignment rack. The machines (if the shop has the newest models) today can measure most every angle you could think of, and to very small amounts. They would also be able to tell you what additional parts you would need to make it perfect. Keeping in mind you can spend allot of money on things so the alignment specs look great, but you may not notice it, and you could drive a cross the street to an exact machine and it will read something different or around the block and back to the same machine and it will be different. He'll go sit in the seat while it's on the rack and the readings will change! But if your like me, just "THINKING" it's right make my jeep drive 100% better.

Wanted to add my story to this thread in case it helps.
1. Got a 2013 10A Rubicon Unlimited in May
2. Within a week I had a 2.5" Rubicon Express Lift Kit installed and some 35" tires
3. I didn't notice the lean at all but then I was probably only looking at the height and tire size (which was awesome!) I attribute this lack of attention to be something akin to Beer Goggles.
4. Driving down the road one day, I noticed the lean. Probably more pronounced on the 10A Hood due to the molding.
5. Took it back to 4x4 shop. Here was their process.
- swap springs (no change)
- replace springs (no change)
- told me to live with it. (no change in my disappointment)
6. Took it back saying "I paid a lot of money and I want it right)
- They added a 3/4" spacer to the front right spring but it had little affect from what I could see.
7. took it back and said "there has to be something wrong still"
- The put a procomp adjustable track bar in as the front axel was sliding to the left too much. It was easy to see the driver side tires were sticking out from the fenders about 3" and the passenger side was only about 1" out.
- After the track bar was installed, the lean was down to less than 1". Better, but not right.
8. Over the last 5 months, it seems to have gotten worse. At least to a point where I notice it and every time I get in, I know it isn't right. Every wobble I think it is the lean. When I stop fast and the wheel wants to turn a bit, I think of the lean. I recently rotated all the tires to increase stability, nope...lean issue lingers over everything I do. I want to take it back in to the shop and see if the track bar needs adjusting again as it is back to being pulled to one side too much.
A buddy has a Teraflex Lift on his 10A and hasn't noticed anything yet in the 4 months he has owned it. I for one enjoy working and customizing my rig too much to let it slide and want it corrected prior to the Rubicon Trail trip in August. If anyone has any suggestions on either a replacement lift for the rubicon express kit or other options, please let me know. I just want it right.

|2five22||Once upon a time when the CJ ruled the planet and the Jeep had semi elliptical leaf springs, they all leaned on the drivers side. The more the driver weighed, the more the lean over time.|

|Cajun-in-tx||Any advice here. I had a lift installed and I am noticing the same thing. I have my 1k post lift inspection at the shop that installed it and plan to ask them about it. I'm not sure if it was like this before the lift to not but I notice it now all the time.|

|littlebaler||I have the 2013 Rubicon Unlimited, 10A model. It has the tow package and rear springs ending in 009AA . I have a lean of 1 inch plus on the passenger side and does not appear to change when filling the tank. The dealer who has been very cooperative,(service manger) have went out of their way to fix this. One new shock on the left , no change. Today we swapped the rear springs with no change. It looks like shit to me, my 3rd Rubicon and the first issue I have had. There is something wrong with the way the spring mounts are hung, track bar length? but it is not right. I have been told there are no solutions other than to live with it. I spent a long time waiting for this 10A , paid full price The weight of the fuel is total BS. How do we know this may not be a safety issue? I was told today that Chrysler says this is normal and acceptable so now I am on my own to figure out a way to shim it?|

|mortuar||Side note though - I thought my passenger front was sagging... but when I take a step back and look at it (and based on how it handles in turns), I think maybe the front driver's spring is too stiff. It sits with very little rake on the driver's side (almost looks like it has a leveling kit). Also seems more bouncy on that side when hitting bumps on the highway. I'll let them decide that at the dealership when I take it in, just wanted to share that thought.|

I talked to the dealer where I purchased this 2014, and he put me in contact with the service manager at the dealership. I explained to him what I am seeing and he told me that's one of the most strange things he's ever heard of in regards to a brand new stock JK suspension.
I'm scheduled to take it in early Saturday morning (a 1.5hr drive) so they can stick it on their laser alignment machine. He told me there should be *zero* sag on any corner of the JK other than normal settling. He said this is indicative of a poorly wound spring, wrong spring, or spring not seated correctly in it's perch - and this is the first he's heard of it with a brand new stock/unmodified (now just about a week off the lot) Wrangler.
I'll let you guys know how the service appointment goes. I honestly don't see how sticking a puck on the side that sags to compensate really makes any sense. The suspension on a vehicle with less than 100 miles on it should be pretty square... I can't think of a single valid reason for it to be any other way. I've owned 4 previous JKU's (one X, one sport, two Rubicons) and none of them sat leaning like this. *shrug*

|rmkscott||My 10A has the same sag on the passenger side front. I installed a 2.5 coil lift and it's still 1" lower in the passenger front. The lift manufacturer even sent me new coils and it still is just lower on that corner. I Installed a 3/4" spacer yesterday and it helped so guess I will have to put a 1" spacer on that spring.|

To that also. Mine and a friends with almost identical lifts bumpers ect. sit 1/4" low on the passenger side.

What ever happened with this OP? I just bought a new 2014 JKU Rubicon a day ago, it has ~140 miles on it now. Sags on the passenger side about an inch - and I'm at about 1/2 a tank of gas. It's super noticeable too - especially how the hood lines up (or doesn't, rather) with my garage when I park. I thought I had a tire that was going flat at first.
My rear fenders are identical heights off the ground. My passenger fender is about an inch lower from the ground - and it's super apparent when looking at the distance between the top of the tire and where the fender starts.
I've owned 4 JKUs prior to this... and never once had this issue.

I asked them for the engineering and assembly drawing that stated this specification. In the end I just laughed and cranked the front driver side torsion bar so the damn thing sat level.
If you look at mid-2000 Land Cruisers, you see this lean. I believe it's designed in help with front impact stats.
My 10A sits level side-to-side with my odd-ball 10A rear springs.

Mine started at 22.5" at all four corners when brand new and the front settled in and lost .5".
The following is from my post on 4-22.....
Mine measures 22.0" front and 22.5" rear... center hub to bottom of fender lips.
