marine13 How are your Crushers holding up? Are they any good on the street? I'm researching and trying to decide between General Grabbers and Crushers. Thanks!

jdhallissey haha couldn't get them in time! I have my tires and rims. 3.75 backspacing hope it is enough! So I went with alloys for just a hair more. I will post them up tm after they get mounted then a report how they do from the weekend! DICK CEPEK CRUSHERS!!!

kdukes4 hallissey, whatever happened to those black seelies you sold me into?
06-02-2009 10:23 AM
jdhallissey I am going to grab them in an hour. I can pick them up at tire rack.

Jerry Bransford I'd wait for the Crushers to arrive and just have the tires mounted by a different shop. It's the large chain store tire dealers that are often so anal about what they'll mount new tires onto.

jdhallissey K so I guess I am getting the granite alloy 8's today along with my tires. BTW jerrry why are you always the guy with bad news for me lol.

Jerry Bransford They'll rub in the rear against the upper spring retainer, enough that I wouln't mount them on factory wheels. Less so in the front but when you turn the steering wheel very far, they will rub pretty bad on the control arms.

tires and rims

How bad would it be for a month to run 33x12.5x15's on stock rims? I know they will rub at full turn a little. I just can't find rims I like that I can get today from tirerack. I can get the granite alloys but tirerack will not mount them due to being out of manufacters specs BS I know. But that also takes out the free mounting and balancing too. I am stuck HELP I am tho going with the Dick Cepek Crushers tho!!
