fljeepleo We should be having this conversation in Bob's build thread.

fljeepleo That was a Frankenstein Dana 30, that Tera44 is super sexy.
08-23-2014 08:11 PM
88Hatchy I hear there is a Dana 30 that survived 37" tires for over a year.

JerryJeepster I do believe they are! I should bite the bullet and pull a Bob with mine. That would be a tereflex axle! I hate to put any money into this wimpy d30!

elclipo Are the JK ball joints that sucky? I have to change mine but they're 14 years old and have 120+ thousand miles.

JerryJeepster Looking great! 23K miles and my ball joints are shot.

tabber02 looking good brother. has the stamp, ready for Georgia!

fljeepleo I have to say, the synergy ball joints made a big difference. Amazing how the stock ones got so sloppy in just two years.

fljeepleo Thanks to Bob, Will and Darrel I switched out the blue winch line to gray and the Teraflex diff cover is installed.

i saw that late last night. there should be plenty of time to get that done... they don't take too long. the longest part will be tacking them inplace.

fljeepleo My friend made it, he works at a shop that does wraps. The design is printed on the wrap material at his shop.
07-29-2014 07:27 PM
elclipo Dude! Where did you get the wrap material?

fljeepleo I have a buddy that works at a shop who did it. It took him about 3 hours to apply it. I definitely wouldn't have the patience to do it myself.

We just removed the grill from the Jeep, cleaned it real good with some adhesive remover and alcohol. Then he stretched the material over the whole grill and started working at it with a squeegee, heat gun and razor blade. I am very happy with how it turned out.

The Material is a 3M material that he printed the pattern on.
