JeepandMud I should also add that even though I have a stock coming with me, I would like to have some rocks to play on.

JeepandMud Thanx Corey, it may be a place we head to. He's coming in from Longmont I think? But is willing to meet me at the meeting spot where ever that may be. Only meeting spot I know how to get to is the Conoco in Morrison

CoreyZ Cumberland is always good for newbies with stock and scenic too. Not to mention all the yankee hill trails and whatnot at the top.

JeepandMud So for the next Sunday off roading, I was able to snag a friend and his Sahara coming. We need a decent trail that his stock will do well on. He hasn't done a lot with steep hills and rocks. So I'm not sure his entire limits. But he's more than willing to "practice"

Honestly it doesn't really matter. Don't want to drive too far (think grand junction, Colorado springs, and the like). I just need to get out. I think Chad and Mike are going to join up Sunday because of the car show Saturday. So I'm gonna leave that up to them. It's Saturday I need to get on a trail.

JeepandMud You kind of need a valid drivers license to drive anywhere. If someone towed my Jeep to the trail head, I'd have no problem. But to legally get to the trail head driving without a license is asking for more trouble than what you want.

bc3_Jeep You need a license to off road???? First I EVER heard of that......

Tell me about it. Trying to urban rock crawl and find mud puddles in an apartment parking lot isn't as fun as the real thing lol. Sunday deal. Where do you want to go?

Time to start planning

As you all know I get my license back the 27th this month. Found out I don't need to retake the written test or driving test I am wanting to get off roading that Saturday and Sunday and may end up bringing a friend along to ride with me. So my question is, who wants to go with us and where?
