Jaydogg25 forgot to add ..after you check all fuses if they check out fine check the wires @ the radio. does the radio turn on @ all? some radios if a speaker wire is grounded they will power up but no sound. but i'm probably getting ahead of myself.

Jaydogg25 re-check all fuses (every single one) use a test light. in most vehicles the cig lighter and radio are tied into same fuse (for memory). don't just look @ fuses named "radio" thats normaly only for the radios ignition wire.

oanother thing you can always just run new wires. radios only need 3 wires to turn on. Ground (black) to frame, Constant (yellow) can go to battery or any constant source, i would fuse it, ignition (red) can take that to main harness commin down steering. the colors i listed are not the jeep colors but standard aftermarket radio colors. other than that just speaker wires, green, purple, gray, white...the ones w/ black stripe are negitive.
